alltheseasandClaude Opus 4.5 6d0ccb7e78 fix: convert npubs to hex for polls query filter ...

The author filter in the polls query was using npubs directly, but the
query API expects hex pubkeys. This fix converts the zapstore team npubs
to hex using Utils.decodeShareableToString() before filtering.

Closes https://github.com/zapstore/zapstore/issues/293
