feat: integrate PollsSection into AppDetailScreen

Browse Source 
Add polls section to app detail page between AppInfoTable and
CommentsSection. Polls are queried from social relays and displayed
when available.

Requires models package with Poll/PollResponse support (kind 1068/1018).
