- Introduced a new flow in `setup_amber_test_account.yaml` to facilitate the setup of the Amber test account, tagged for better organization. - Improved the reliability of foreground checks in `run-test-003.sh` by utilizing `topResumedActivity` for more accurate detection of the active application, with a fallback for OS variants. - Added logging for the foreground application state before initiating the Amber setup flow to aid in debugging and verification.

APK will be available at build/app/outputs/flutter-apk.
