security: gitignore didactyl context.logs/ and related debug files

The vendored didactyl copy includes debug LLM conversation transcripts on disk (not tracked). Add gitignore guard to prevent future accidental commits.
Updated submodules: migrated n_signer verb names to nostr_ prefix
