fix(messages): back to the compact "• 10h" row time

The Messages row time had moved to TimeAgoStyle.Short, which on Android
goes through the platform relative-span formatter and renders "12 hr. ago"
/ "4 days ago", several times wider than before and eating into the title.
Use the app's compact form again (DottedTight, "• 10h"); the row's own gap
keeps the space before the dot.
