chore(deps): update zoomable 2.14.0 -> 2.16.0

Only outdated entry: every other catalog version, the Gradle wrapper
(9.8.0) and the inline coordinates in module build files are already on
their latest stable. Pinned/prerelease refs (appfunctions, JetBrains
material3, biometric, genai, privacysandbox, commons-imaging, the
richtext commit) keep their documented pins.

zoomable 2.16.0 is Apache-2.0 and built against Compose 1.12.1 /
Kotlin 2.4.20, matching ours.
