feat(desktop): related content section in thread view

- Create CompactNoteData @Immutable data class in commons for reuse
- Create RelatedContentSection composable with horizontal LazyRow
- Scan LocalCache for hashtag-matching + same-author notes
- Compact cards (160dp) with title, author, zap count
- Wire into ThreadScreen below reply notes
- Hidden when no related content found
- Subscriptions cancel on dispose
