fix: read backup-conflict labels through LocalResources

Android lint's LocalContextGetResourceValueCall fails the build on
rememberPresentation: context.getString is not configuration-aware.
LocalResources.current invalidates on configuration changes, so the
remembered labels follow a locale change. main fails the same lint.
