chore(test): fix redundant-cast and deprecated Thread.id warnings

Use assertIs in Nip88PollTagsTest instead of assertTrue + a cast the
smart cast already made redundant, and Thread.threadId() in
ObserverListBenchmark in place of the deprecated Thread.id.
