Removes the `NotificationEntity` and its associated database table (`notification`). This change simplifies the database schema and removes all related database queries from `ApplicationDao`. Instead of persisting notification data, an in-memory `LruCache` is now used to prevent processing duplicate notification events. The notification subscription service now checks this cache to determine the `since` timestamp for new filter requests.
