Update dependencies

Updates the following libraries:
* compose_ui from 1.9.2 to 1.9.3
* roomKtx from 2.8.1 to 2.8.2
* okhttp from 5.1.0 to 5.2.1
* jna from 5.18.0 to 5.18.1

Also, excludes a new manifest file to fix build issues.
