Ignore empty "nostrsigner:" intents to allow app opening

Intents containing only the "nostrsigner:" URI scheme are now treated as empty requests and ignored by the parser. This allows the scheme to be used to bring the app to the foreground—such as when a user needs to handle pending bunker requests—without triggering event processing errors.
