Subject: [PATCH] v0.0.29 - Link nostr_core_lib_rust v0.1.3: unify NIP-04 in
 nostr_core::crypto::nip04 (raw-X ECDH, ct?iv=iv wire format), reject empty
 NIP-44 plaintext and bound payload length per spec, and recompute event id in
 NIP-42 verify_auth_event; NIP-04/NIP-44 DMs and NIP-42 auth now interoperable
 and tamper-proof
