Update rust-nostr crates from 0.45.0-alpha.1 to 0.45.0-alpha.3 across ngit-grasp and grasp-audit.

Also pin reqwest to native-tls with default features disabled. The rustls CryptoProvider issue was pre-existing, not introduced by alpha.3: reqwest's default rustls/aws-lc path and rust-nostr's ring path enabled both providers, causing rustls to panic when selecting a process-level provider. Keeping reqwest off rustls leaves rust-nostr's rustls usage on the single ring provider path.
