Prepare the patch release for sync startup, bounded peer recovery, push correctness and the compatible dependency refresh. Move the accumulated notes into the dated 3.0.5 section and add a one-sentence summary before the detailed changes.

Align the main Cargo manifest, lockfile and NixOS module version; flake packages derive it from Cargo.toml. Keep grasp-audit at 0.2.0. This is release metadata only; tagging, publication and deployment are outside its scope.

Validation: locked offline Cargo metadata and regular/static Nix package evaluation report 3.0.5, with audit unchanged. NixOS module parsing and diff checks pass. The dependency parent passed 3618 workspace tests and strict Clippy and completed a production smoke soak.
