DanConwayDev 29c838cd96 ci: run grasp-audit doctests ...

The grasp-audit CI step used 'cargo test -p grasp-audit --lib --locked',
which excludes doctests, and the root-level 'cargo test --locked' only
tests the ngit-grasp package. As a result grasp-audit's doctests were
never compiled in CI, letting two broken doc examples in fixtures.rs go
unnoticed (fixed in the previous commit).

Dropping --lib makes the step test all grasp-audit targets: the lib
tests it already ran, the doctests, and the (currently test-free) audit
binary. All grasp-audit doctests are no_run or compile-only, so this
adds no network or relay dependency to CI.
