Release the merged correctness and responsiveness fixes, SDK updates, audit improvements and deterministic test fixtures as a patch version.

Move Unreleased notes into the dated 3.0.3 section and align the Cargo manifest, lockfile and NixOS package version. The flake derives its version from Cargo.toml. The audit crate remains unpublished at its existing version; this commit adds no runtime changes.

Validation: locked Cargo metadata and Nix static package evaluation report 3.0.3; release-version consistency and diff checks pass. The parent merge passed Rust CI. Publication and deployment are left to the release push and its workflows.
