Prepare the 2.1.1 patch release after production verification of the post-2.1 query-limit compatibility work. The release handles explicit query refusals, proactively spaces non-urgent per-relay background work, and temporarily relaxes rust-nostr 0.45's over-restrictive query allowance pending upstream NIP-77 accounting changes.
Promote the accumulated Unreleased fixes, add the patch-release summary, advance comparison links, and keep Cargo plus both Nix package definitions on the same version. No runtime behavior changes in this commit.
The behaviorally identical master commit 55205b1 was production-verified on gitnostr.com across more than four former 67-second query-limit failure periods with continuing paced reconciliation and zero query refusals, adaptive fallbacks, managed disconnects, panics, or service restarts.
Validation: 658 library tests passed before the metadata-only release change; Cargo metadata and Nix package evaluation report 2.1.1; nix build .#ngit-grasp produced ngit-grasp 2.1.1; git diff --check.
