DanConwayDev cfe43dd01f build(nix): drop stale git outputHashes after crates.io move ...

The rust-nostr dependencies moved from a git rev to crates.io
0.45.0-alpha.1, so the git outputHashes entries in flake.nix and
nix/module.nix are no longer needed (cargoLock resolves everything
from the registry). Verified with a clean `nix build`.
