Add a schema-versioned run envelope around the merged stable spec and test report model, and expose it through audit --json. Emit one stdout document for completed audits as well as parse, setup, and runtime errors, with distinct pass, test-failure, and invocation-error exit codes.\n\nKeep the existing human report path and audit ordering unchanged.
