Laan Tungir 311c5c9e41 v0.2.4 - Add charset utf-8 to nginx blob-serving locations: static GET path derived Content-Type from file extension with no charset, so browsers fell back to Windows-1252 and rendered UTF-8 blobs as mojibake (em dash showed as a-circumflex/EUR-quote). Deployed to blossom.laantungir.net and verified.
