security: gitignore context.logs/, context.log.md, tasks.json

Debug logging from src/llm.c (unconditional provider payload logging) previously leaked full LLM conversation transcripts including Nostr keys, relay URLs, DM contents, and system prompts. History scrubbed with git-filter-repo; this prevents recurrence.
