davotoula 6a3300be35 chore(i18n): translate missing strings into cs, de, sv and pt-BR ...

Fills every key that was absent from the four target locales:

- commonsUI: 996 entries per locale (938 strings, 58 plurals), mostly the
  cordn, backup, geocache and browser features.
- amethyst: the 4 platform-tier keys (QR share target and launcher
  shortcut labels, PoW "sending" notification).

Plurals carry each locale's full category set (cs one/few/many/other).
Pure format values (D%1$d, %1$02d:%2$02d, ...) are copied verbatim so
the Crowdin upload seeds them for approval.
