- Add UCrop library for image cropping before upload
- Add media3-transformer for video trimming before upload
- Add edit button overlay on media upload items (top-left)
- Create ImageCropLauncher composable that launches UCrop activity
- Create VideoTrimDialog with filmstrip thumbnails and range slider
- Create VideoTrimmer service using media3 Transformer API
- Add MultiOrchestrator.replace() to swap edited media items
- Wire up crop/trim in ImageVideoDescription, ChatFileUploadDialog,
  and NewMediaView upload screens
