Claude d8c4682f1f refactor: move the thread, bookmark group, URL feed and relay-group metadata screens ...

The player side doors were their last exits. Moves 16 files to commonsUI
(the thread feed view, bookmark group views and options, the URL feed and
its filter/subscription, relay group metadata and its parent picker).
ThreadFeedView parses prices with the KMP parseBigDecimalOrNull, as the
classifieds card does. Records wave 7 and the player seam in the plan.
