Claude 29e48de3fd refactor(uploads): FileHeader data to commons, its Android preparation stays ...

Account's NIP-94/NIP-95/NIP-17 file senders take a FileHeader, which lived
next to the code that computes it with Android media APIs
(PreviewMetadataCalculator, MediaMetadataRetriever via
ByteArrayMediaDataSource) and OkHttp downloads.

- The FileHeader class (mime type, hash, size, dimensions, preview hashes,
  UnableToDownload) is now commons/service/upload/FileHeader.kt.
- BlurhashWrapper and ThumbhashWrapper, one-field data classes it holds,
  move from commonsUI to commons in the same package
  (commons/service/image/PreviewHashes.kt); their Coil fetchers stay in
  commonsUI, and no import changes.
- The two FileHeader.prepare functions stay in the app as extensions on
  FileHeader.Companion (service/uploads/FileHeaderPreparation.kt), so call
  sites still read FileHeader.prepare(...).

No behaviour change. Wave 4 seam cut from
commons/plans/2026-09-27-one-ui-android-desktop.md.
