Claude c2f6322c7b refactor(screens): step 6 wave 1, the screens with no Android-only exits move to commonsUI ...

Measured every *Screen.kt with the closure method (252 screens); the 23 with no
Android-only exit move now with their closures, 43 files, into commonsUI/commonMain
(ui.* -> commons.ui.*): buzz forum post, persona edit and new DM; contact list users;
emoji-pack selection and my emoji list; interest sets; geocache hunts; Concord invite and
members; relay-group threads; the import-follow-list flow; poll results; profile badges;
podcast authoring; add wallet; the call, messages, reactions settings screens; and the
Health Connect rationale.

- viewModel() becomes the shared rememberViewModel, which gains a ViewModelProvider.Factory
  overload; ImportFollowListSelectUserViewModel.Factory takes the multiplatform create()
- the Concord pinned-community set no longer uses the JVM-only sortedSetOf
- the plan records the screen measurement and the shared exits to cut next
