Claude 18b217c5a9 fix(desktop): bind the thread reply's name and avatar to the metadata key ...

The observation was a bare `rememberAuthorMetadataKey(author)` statement. It
works — a composable returning a value is not restartable, so the state read
invalidates the caller's scope — but it reads as a no-op and would not survive
the first person tidying the file. The name and avatar now derive from the key
they actually depend on.
