Claude a6e6e8d290 refactor: shared calendar date formatting, markdown preview slot and cached place names ...

- CalendarTimeFormat moves to commonsUI on DateSkeletonFormatter, LocalClock
  and calendarYearAndDay; range and time-of-day formatting take the
  composable's rememberTimeOfDayFormatter instead of a Context.
- LongFormPostScreen previews through LocalRichTextPlatform.Markdown.
- AppServices.cachedPlaceName replaces SearchScreen's direct read of the
  reverse-geocoding cache.
