showOwnMessageLocally indexed our own outgoing inner events with a bare
justConsume, which returns false for kinds LocalCache doesn't dispatch (the
push-token lists we answer peers with, 447-449, plus edits and stream starts).
The note then never got its event, and MarmotGroupList let any eventless note
through before checking kinds, so each of those rendered as a placeholder row
in the conversation. White Noise showed nothing there.

Index own messages with indexMarmotInnerEvent, like received ones, and refuse
eventless notes in the feed.
