Claude 289702b4b0 refactor(avm): move AccountViewModel and its group into commonsUI and commons

The 127 files reachable from AccountViewModel leave the app, split by
what they import:
- commonsUI/commonMain (33 files): AccountViewModel,
  AccountFeedContentStates, the payment stack (Zap/V4V handlers,
  MeltProcessor, LightningInvoiceResolver, HttpStatusMessages,
  NwcResponseMessages), TopNavFilterState, NotificationSummaryState, the
  account filter assemblers that hold the feed states, the nest
  assemblers and bridges, CallSessionBridge, ReloadMintViewModel. They
  need compose-resources strings, Vico or commonsUI symbols.
- commons/commonMain (94 files): the feed filters, the chat, relay-group,
  concord and hashtag assemblers, EventSync, the Clink payer, the card
  feed state, the chat-room read markers.

Packages are renamed on the way: ui.screen.loggedIn -> commons.viewmodels,
ui.screen.loggedIn.X -> commons.X, ui.screen and ui.dal -> commons.feeds,
ui.nwc -> commons.service.nwc, service.relayClient.X ->
commons.relayClient.X, service.X -> commons.service.X. Every reference in
the app, desktop and tests is repointed.

commonMain needed only kotlinx.coroutines.IO and kotlin.concurrent.Volatile
imports, toLongValue() on one BigDecimal, and three cross-module smart
casts read into locals. commonsUI gains Vico (Apache-2.0, already an app
dependency, multiplatform for all commonsUI targets) and
kotlinx-serialization-json. The resolver test moves to commonsUI's
jvmTest with the code it tests.

2026-05-06-nest-subscription-manager-extraction.md	Split the per-speaker subscription state machine out of `NestViewModel`; only the `ActiveSubscription` stepping-stone is extracted so far.
2026-09-27-one-ui-android-desktop.md	The target. Android ships on laptops, so the whole UI (screens + navigation shell) moves to `commonsUI`, `amethyst` becomes an Android shim, and a new JVM `desktopApp` renders the same UI. Measures Wave 4: `Account`'s 77-file move-group, its 5 blocked files and 14 seams, and `AccountViewModel`'s dependencies; sequences the rest.
2026-08-30-commons-migration-sweep.md	The running log of moving `amethyst/` code into `commons`/`commonsUI`: waves, what moved each round. `LocalCache` has moved. Its STAY list and Wave 2 part B are superseded by the one-UI plan above.
2026-05-30-amethyst-to-commons-migration.md	The original roadmap for the same move; superseded in practice by the sweep tracker above.
