DiscoverTab, GeocacheTab, BookmarkType and ChannelExpand moved into
commons/commonsUI during the one-UI migration. Their keep rules moved
with them, but the contract still named the old packages, so the release
workflow's verify step failed 4 of 26 checks and would have stopped the
v1.17.0 tag. The mapping confirms the classes are kept under their new
names; only the contract was stale.
