Claude 7a5000ce50 refactor: move the Home, Discover, nest lobby and Marmot group editor screens ...

22 files move to commonsUI: HomeScreen and DiscoverScreen with their top
bars, live bubbles and datasources, the backup nudge, NestLobbyScreen with
its chat composer, and the Marmot group create/edit screens with the icon
editor and uploader.

CordnScreenIndependenceTest now scans the chats packages in both the app
and commonsUI: the last Marmot screens left the app, and scanning only
there would leave the guard with nothing to check.
