Claude d30aa82da3 fix: retype the remaining Int string handles, allow null format args (164 -> 127 errors) ...

SectionLabel, SectionHeader and NoteQuickActionMenu's showToast still declared
Int for what callers now hand them as a StringResource; the napplet consent and
launcher paths still went through Context.getString, which only speaks Int.

The bridge's format args become Any?, because the commonest one is
Throwable.message. A null renders as an empty string rather than the literal
"null" that Resources.getString would have printed at the user -
compose-resources takes a non-null Any and would not accept it at all.
