Claude 56274d23ef refactor: move the chat message row, relay settings, share-to-DM and goal screens ...

- 64 files freed by the previous seams move to commonsUI: the chat feed row
  and its action/reaction sheets, AllRelayListScreen and every relay-list
  view + view model, ShareToDMScreen, CordnGroupListScreen,
  NewEphemeralChatScreen, NewGoalScreen, PaymentTargetsScreen and
  ActiveSubscriptionsScreen.
- TakePicture/TakeVideo become expect/actual; the Android actual keeps the
  camera intent + FileProvider flow, desktop and iOS hide the buttons.
- The chat sheet helpers the Cordn row reuses become public.
