Claude 532ee55a59 refactor: move the composers, calendars, chess, geocache and voice-reply screens ...

Clear the next ring of platform blockers and move the screens they freed:

- Date pickers (poll, zap-poll, schedule-at) read the local clock through
  LocalClock and rememberIs24HourClock instead of java.time / DateFormat.
- FileSharer.shareTextFile replaces the app's .ics share; PhoneCalendar
  wraps the system event composer; relativeTimeSpan wraps DateUtils (and
  NSRelativeDateTimeFormatter on iOS).
- rememberWindowViewModel + LocalWindowViewModelStoreOwner keep state that
  spans destinations (chess lobby and board, the Cordn group draft) without
  reaching for FragmentActivity.
- isHlsMedia moves to commons.video; ChessEventBroadcaster to commonMain;
  the host gains supportsWritingAssistant.
- geo: links and nostr: shares go through LocalUriHandler / TextSharer.

204 of 252 screens are now shared.
