Adds cs-rCZ, pt-rBR, sv-rSE, de-rDE translations for the three new
keys from the favorite-feeds "Add more…" flow:
favorite_dvms_add_more, favorite_dvms_empty_step1,
favorite_dvms_empty_step2.
