Claude e06f27ea4f refactor(richtext): parser and AsciiDoc caches to commonMain; plan progress ...

CachedRichTextParser and CachedAsciiDocToMarkdown sat in jvmAndroid only
because ConcurrentLruCache did, and that moved to commonMain in step 4.
The plan records step 5's progress and what RichTextViewer and
NoteCompose still need: they depend on each other and reach the Android
media stack, so they want renderer slots rather than a move.
