Claude 3fc3cc6311 refactor(richtext): RichTextViewer moves to commonsUI over a platform slot
The shared rich-text core already asked a RichTextSegmentRenderer for
every platform segment; what kept the viewer in the app was how a caller
reached the app's renderer. That is now a slot:
- RichTextPlatform (commonsUI): builds the segment renderer for a viewer
call and renders markdown. LocalRichTextPlatform defaults to Plain,
which renders those segments as text.
- InlineQuoteRenderer and LocalInlineQuoteRenderer move to commonsUI with
a plain default (a link to the quoted note).
- The app provides AndroidRichTextPlatform (its existing
AmethystRichTextSegmentRenderer and markdown renderer) and its
quoted-note card in AmethystTheme, which wraps every Activity root.
Chat bubbles still override the quote renderer locally.

RichTextViewer (formerly delegating to CommonsBackedRichTextViewer, now
folded into it), LoadNote, BechLink, TagLink, HashTag, the paragraph
layout and ClickableRoute move to commonsUI commons.ui.components. The
platform leaves (Blossom URI renderers, the zoomable-media wrapper, the
legacy segment switchboards and the secret-emoji message that uses them)
stay in the app in RichTextPlatformLeaves.kt.
