Claude 2fd02a0753 refactor: MediaUploader port for the upload pipeline ...

Move the platform-neutral upload model into commons
(commons.service.uploads): MediaUri, SelectedMedia, CompressorQuality,
MediaCompressorResult, UploadError, UploadingState, UploadOrchestrator,
MultiOrchestrator and the MediaUploader port. Error states carry an
UploadError enum; commonsUI maps it to a string resource.

The Android compress/strip/upload pipeline stays in the app as
AndroidMediaUploader, reached through AccountViewModelHost.mediaUploader.
Composer view models and screens pass the uploader instead of a Context.
