Claude 1f1b6dab80 refactor: share the UI settings and toasts, add LocalDisplaySettings, call LocalCache directly ...

First steps of shrinking AccountViewModel (see the plan in the PR):

- UiSettings (the settings enums), UiSettingsFlow and UiSettingsState
  move to commonsUI (they carry Compose StringResource labels, so not the
  headless commons). The app's global uiState is unchanged.
- New LocalDisplaySettings (showProfilePictures, performance mode,
  autoPlayVideos, showUrlPreview, showImages, startVideoPlayback),
  collected from UiSettingsState by collectDisplaySettings() and provided
  by AmethystTheme, which also derives LocalAnimationsEnabled from it.
  UserAvatar's loadProfilePicture / loadRobohash / autoPlayGif default to
  it, so InnerUserPicture no longer reads them from the AccountViewModel
  and drops that parameter.
- ToastManager and the toast message types move to commonsUI. The dialogs
  that render them stay in the app.
- 128 accountViewModel.getNoteIfExists / checkGetOrCreate* / channel
  lookups in 59 files call LocalCache directly; the 13 AccountViewModel
  wrappers left without callers are deleted.
- Baseline profile entries follow the moved classes.
