Claude bea66127c6 refactor: move the Marmot group list/chat, podcast, Bolt12 offers and settings screens ...

22 files freed by the wallet, filename, language and local-time seams move
to commonsUI: MarmotGroupListScreen and MarmotGroupChatScreen with their
views and uploader, PodcastScreen with its list and supporters,
Bolt12OffersScreen, RequestToVanishScreen and UserSettingsScreen. The
vanish preview builds its NIP-11 retriever from Nip11Fetcher.Offline so it
compiles for iOS.
