Claude 035ed020e4 refactor: composer seams for location, expiration, message field and imeta ...

- DeviceLocation port in commons (LocationState implements it), reached
  through AccountViewModelHost and AppServices; composers and geohash
  screens stop reading Amethyst.instance.locationManager.
- rememberCoarseLocationPermission expect/actual (accompanist on Android,
  denied elsewhere) replaces direct permission-state calls.
- ExpirationDatePicker drops java.time/android.text for LocalClock's new
  utcOffsetSeconds and a rememberIs24HourClock expect.
- MessageField takes MediaUri; PreviewState moves to commonMain.
- MediaUploader.remoteFileHeader replaces IMetaAttachments' MimeTypeMap +
  OkHttp download.
