Clear the platform blockers in the profile and settings screens and move them to commonsUI: - Copying an npub, nprofile or picture URL uses the shared Clipboard.setText; sharing a profile uses TextSharer; copy confirmations are shared notices. - The identity-claim brand icons (X, Telegram, Mastodon, GitHub) are Compose resources. - AppPlatform gains SpeakNameButton (Android text-to-speech) and rememberAppLanguages (Android reads locales_config.xml). - AppServices gains namecoinSettings, namecoinClients (a port over the JVM-only ElectrumX and Core RPC clients), otsSettings and nip46ClientStore, so these screens stop reading Amethyst.instance. - OtsSettings and OtsSettingsStore move to commonMain on quartz's new BitcoinExplorerUrls; RpcProbeResult moves to quartz commonMain; deviceDescription() is an expect in commons. - The payment sheet opens wallets through WalletAppLauncher; payViaIntent stays in the app for its remaining callers. - The profile zaps total and ordering use the shared BigDecimal API. 210 of 252 screens are now shared.
