Subject: [PATCH] build: bump LightCompressor-enhanced to 2.2.3

2.2.3 is a maintenance release: compileSdk 37 (androidx.core 1.19.0 requires
it; this project is already on 37), Kotlin 2.3.20, AGP 9.1, and the JitPack
build fix over 2.2.2 (which is not resolvable from JitPack). No library API
changes. Verified by building and installing playBenchmark on a Pixel 9a.
