Subject: [PATCH] fix: shrink badge gem ~20%, grow heart gem ~10%

Rebalances the two knockout icons: the badge gem drops from 11.6 to 9.3
(more disc margin around the mark) and the reaction heart gem grows from
8.2 to 9.0.
