When a client logs out, it may send a NIP-46 logout request to end its bunker session. Amber now replies with ack and then removes the session associated with the requesting client-pubkey, so subsequent requests from that client are rejected until a new connect is performed. Handled like switch_relays: auto-processed without an approval prompt.
