greenart7c3 d819c0a961 Split nostrconnect query params on the first = only ...

Param values such as base64 secrets with padding (XQUdha4rjh_gjAgHN8X5yg==)
were split on every = and rejoined with joinToString's default ", " separator,
corrupting them. Values are now taken after the first = so they round-trip
unchanged in the connect response.

Fixes greenart7c3/Amber#526
