- Add Room database schema for version 17, defining tables for `application`
  and `applicationPermission` with associated indices and foreign keys.
- Add an overloaded `AmberEvent.relay()` helper method to support
  extracting relay information from `EventTemplate<Event>`.
- Add a missing `withStyle` import in `BunkerRelayAuthScreen.kt`.
