BunkerClientMetadata is a KMP port of :app's model of the same name,
extracting the optional name/url/image a client MAY send as the connect
request's 4th param (nostr-protocol/nips#2381). BunkerSigningEngine now
resolves an app's display name — from connect metadata when present,
falling back to an explicit caller-supplied name or an optional
appNameLookup callback for later requests from an already-known app —
and threads it into both the approval prompt and BunkerHistoryEntry
(new optional appName field, additive/default-valued).

This unblocks the desktop UI from only ever being able to show a
shortened pubkey for connected apps.
